During my Christmas stay, I was pleased with the cozy room and friendly staff at the hotel. The staff members were helpful and accommodating, and most of them could speak English well. The highlight of my stay was the receptionist, Kathy, were very good to make my visit nice. She recommended some hidden local street food places and took care of my taxi bookings. It was a pleasure to have her as a conversationalist and guide during my trip.

I found the pillow in my room a bit too soft for my liking. this was a minor inconvenience compared to the overall enjoyable experience I had at the hotel.

One particular incident stood out to me - I accidentally left my wallet in the room with all my money and cards, but the hotel staff promptly posted it to my next destination in Hoi An. This level of honesty and reliability impressed me. the location of the hotel was perfect, with easy access to all the main sights within a short walk.

It faced another building across a small street, where there was ongoing renovation work. The noise from karaoke and dogs barking opposite made our room quite noisy at night.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was perfect, and the hotel facilities were great. The location of the hotel was perfect, right in the heart of District 1, close to all the main tourist attractions. It was easy to walk to places like the Central Market, Cathedral, Central Post Office, and shopping centers. the breakfast provided was diverse and delicious.
